Chocheli Fine Art Atelier
A Classical Art Education
"It is not enough to believe what you see you must also understand what you see." -Leonardo da Vinci
Study art in a master artist's studio. Learn the styles, techniques, and philosophy of Fine Art as taught by five centuries of Great Masters.
Established in 1958 by Robert Chocheli, the Chocheli School is based on the principles and practices of the Western Academies of Art. In 1995, Niko Chocheli, a renowned artist, professor, and lecturer, brought his father's world-class school to Doylestown in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Since then, the Chocheli School has offered unparalleled individualized instruction in Niko's studio. Regardless of a student's age or prior art experience, each student of Niko Chocheli receives a Classical Education: step-by-step training based on the teaching, styles and techniques of great masters such as Leonardo, Michelangelo, Rubens, Rembrandt, Chardin, and Corot. Each student has the opportunity to become a fine artist, to see the world through the eyes of the masters, and, by establishing a firm foundation, a chance to become masters themselves.
“Address yourselves to the Masters therefore. Speak to them…” -Ingres
